We work closely with existing providers during these difficult times to ensure that full inclusion and preparation are of paramount importance. We focus on the essential need for this pathway to be commenced in a planned and transparent manner.
All of our young people in crisis are provided with practical and emotional support at all times. Our policies and practice guidance provide evidence-based systems that enable a predictable and considered route through this difficult stage.
Our commitment is to prepare all our young people with a predictable route into independence and ultimately live in a meaningful manner with sustainable housing.
+16 Provision
We provide supported accommodation services to help young people in their transition to adulthood.
Outbound
Delivered in partnership with local experts we provide an extensive range of activities and education opportunities and work based support.
Therapeutic Engagement
We believe that a young person who has experienced trauma in early life will have further challenges to meet in addition to those that every teenager is likely to face.
