Acorn Independence works closely with Local Authorities and other organisations to provide safe, welcoming, independence focused homes for vulnerable young people.
Our staff team have over 20 years’ experience in young people’s services providing strategies that achieve positive solutions in some of the most challenging situations. We maintain a strong reputation by supporting our young people throughout their pathway to independence.
Thorough planning and understanding will ultimately provide better outcomes and brighter futures for our most vulnerable young people.
Our current 16+ provision includes:
- 16+ Supported Accommodation that offers a shared home with 24-hour staffing
- 16+ solo occupancy accommodation with outreach support
- Adoption support
